On Site Service

Metro-tel provides on site services for all of North and Central Texas.  For outlying cities of the DFW we do have variable rates due to the distance of your offices.  Call to inquire about the variable rates. 

We understand your desperation when your phone system is completely down, and that you’re in an emergency situation.  Not being able to make or receive calls means loss of sales and profits your company.  Our typical response time is 2 to 4 hours or less. 

For non emergency service calls, our policy is to respond in a time frame of 72 business working hours or less.  However, special accommodations can be made in advance.
